Designer's Notes
A project for
Benedict, Marketing Lead
This booth was created to immerse. The brief was to design an environment that would not just showcase BiB's presence at the event, but embody its identity through light, movement, and space. Our goal was to create an experience that feels alive, futuristic, and unforgettable.
We began with a visual language inspired by data streams and digital grids. Blue LED light lines cut across the structure, wrapping every surface in a luminous glow. We used curved LED walls and reflective materials to create layered visuals that respond dynamically to movement.
The space was designed to flow. Instead of harsh angles, the architecture uses rounded forms and softened edges, drawing visitors inward and encouraging them to explore. Each panel, line, and lighting element was aligned to reinforce the brand’s forward-thinking ethos.
The brand identity was placed at the core of the layout. Lit logos and animations are woven into the structure, not just applied to it. From afar, the booth stands out like a beacon. Up close, the layered lighting and shifting reflections pull you into a high-tech world.
This was not just a booth. It was a spatial brand expression.
“We needed something that would turn heads and clearly communicate who we are. This booth exceeded expectations. It wasn't just good looking, it created an experience that people stopped for, took photos of, and remembered. The design team really understood the tech-driven nature of our brand. The lighting effects, curved forms, and the whole presence made it feel like we were stepping into the future. It made a big impression and gave us the standout we needed in a crowded hall. Super pleased with the results.”— Benedict, Marketing Lead
