Plants, portraits and curves define this home overlooking the Telok Blangah greenery. A white, light-filled shell sets off the owners' gallery wall of black-and-white portraits and a jungle of potted palms and monsteras. We softened the layout with a curved partition wall that wraps the bedroom, a live-edge dining table, and a round work table by the window for laptop days with a view. The bathrooms take the boldest swings — terrazzo feature strips in cobalt blue and burnt amber — while the blue-walled master bedroom keeps evenings moody and cool. An easy, personal home that feels collected rather than decorated.
