This home was crafted around softness. Not just in form, but in light, texture, and energy. The client sought a space that felt elevated yet cocooning, and we responded with a palette and design approach that blurs the line between architecture and atmosphere.
We worked with natural plaster tones throughout the walls to give the space a tactile depth. Instead of flat paint, the textured finish captures light in subtle ways, creating shadows that shift beautifully throughout the day. The intention was not to decorate the space, but to shape it through materiality.
The floating light sculptures in the double-height living area became the focal point. Their organic forms provide visual contrast to the otherwise calm geometry, drawing the eye upward and setting a meditative tone. Their cloud-like quality brings softness to the high ceiling, anchoring the room in calm elegance.
Lighting was carefully integrated. Recessed coves and wall-washed illumination allow the material textures to speak quietly. The palette is monochromatic but warm, built around tones of sand, ivory, and oat, so the feeling remains grounded and intimate.
This is a space where everything flows without disruption. A space that embraces stillness and encourages presence.
